Stories on Mission
When the Storie family set out to come and serve as CBF
field personnel in Alabama, we did so with the knowledge that we were not
alone. We had the support of our friends and family. We had the
prayers of our encourager churches. We had the help of many believers
already working in Perry County to make a difference. But most
importantly, we knew that we were coming to serve in an area where God was
already present. Even amongst the struggle of poverty and racism, God
is there with the people. We realize that it would not be possible to
minister to the people of Perry County with out the help and support of our
churches, without the encouragement of our families, and without the
guidance of God.
As we partner with God in fulfillment of our calling to be the presence of
Christ to our own community, we ask for your partnership with our ministry to
the people of Perry County.
